Tomorrow(1st August 2009) we will be opening our booth at Hartamas Square together with other fellow online shop owners. Do come n share the excitements. Be sure to search for booth num 25;p

Rose Closet Terms & Conditions

(Please read before making any purchases, thanks)
1) Only serious buyers will be entertained.

2) Booking period is for 3 days only. Payment must be done during this booking period. If you wish to back out, please inform us earlier. After 3 days, if we still did not receive your payment, items will be released and your name will be blacklisted.

3) Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. However, we ensure you that items sold will be packed nicely and is in good condition. There might be some slight color differences due to the camera resolution. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages during shipping.

4) Prices listed for each item does not include postage cost. Postage cost is RM6 for West Malaysia and RM9 for East Malaysia. RM2 will be added for each additional item.

5) COD is available in these locations for RM3:

e. Taman Melati
f. Wangsa Maju
g. Gombak Setia
h. Giant Batu Caves

6) Items sold estimated to arrive 2-4 days after payment.

Rose Closet How to Order

1) Take as many times as you want in browsing our collection and then pick up your choice. Please be sure about the cloth measurement since we don't do refund.

2) Kindly read our terms and conditions before purchasing.

3) There are 2 options:
i) You can fill in the form located at the bottom of this website, or
ii)you can email us at roseclosetorder@gmail.com detailing these informations. For COD locations, please refer to no 5 in Terms n Conditions.
